What is Shoulder pain?

Shoulder pain can be caused by arthritis, inflammation, dislocation, and unwanted tension from the trapezius muscles. Shoulder pain can be impossible to ignore, causing a decreased range of motion in your shoulders and arms. Causes

The causes for trapezius injury and shoulder pain can vary. Repetitive activities, including lifting heavy weights, swimming, working with your hands, and sitting at a desk in front of a computer, can lead to pain in the trapezius and shoulders. Symptoms of trapezius pain can include stiffness and pain in your surrounding muscles, burning sensation in the muscles, a hunched neck and shoulders, limited mobility in the neck and arms, decreased range of motion, muscle weakness, muscle spasms, tension headaches, and increased anxiety and stress due to pain.
