Meet Haley Outcalt
FNP-C, MSN, BSN, Owner of Aesthetic Evolution
Owner, Haley Outcalt, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-C) with a strong passion for providing excellent care to her clients. With over 10 years of medical experience, including 6 years in aesthetics, regenerative, and integrative medicine, she has combined her knowledge to address both internal and external aging.
Haley strives for excellence in further educating herself. She has taken two cadaver courses to enhance her anatomical skill set, attended a multitude of trainings led by world-renowned aesthetic experts, and is advancing her knowledge in functional medicine. She has taken courses with Dr. Arthur Swift, Dr. Sebastian Cotofana, Dr. Shino Bay Aguilera, Dr. Steven Harris, Julie Horne, Erika Barry, Waseem Garbia, and Dr. Christian Subbio to name a few.
Her holistic and wellness training comes from courses with Age Management Medicine Group and Elite NP. Focusing on functional medicine, gut health, microbiome, nutrition, weight loss management, peptide and vitamin supplementation. Haley is currently in training for bio-identical hormone therapy and age management under her medical director, Dr. Steven Lasater, MD. She can’t wait to help patients choose options to improve the quality of their lives internally.
She is involved with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and has taken a board position as the vice president of the newly founded association Michigan Aesthetic Provider Network.
Haley runs Aesthetic Evolution in partnership with Medical Director, Dr. Steven Lasater, MD, owner of Optimal Wellness Medical. Aesthetic Evolution shares an office space inside Optimal Wellness Medical.
