The Treatment Process

Prior to injection, your lips will be cleansed and a topical numbing cream applied to ensure your comfort. The dermal filler will then be skillfully injected into and/or around the lips using a small needle. Treatment may take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours to complete, depending on the amount of filler required to achieve desired results.

Recovery

Following lip augmentation treatment, you may experience temporary, mild redness, bruising, and swelling. Cold compresses can help to reduce swelling. It is recommended that you avoid strenuous exercise and exposure to excessive heat for the first 24 hours after treatment to ensure optimal results and a smooth healing process. We will provide you with specific aftercare instructions to ensure optimal outcomes.

Results may vary depending on the amount of filler used and your individual metabolism. Restylane Kysse can last up to one year in the lips.
